What does investing now mean?

The investment is made before completion of the incorporation of Eureka Nexus. Funds are received by the project promoter through the address shown on this page and are intended for the initial development and structuring of the project.

Each accepted investment will be associated with an individual reference and a pre-incorporation investment agreement.

After incorporation and registration of the future company, the corresponding corporate instrument relating to the accepted investment will be formalised under the final terms agreed with each investor.

Payment does not automatically make the investor a shareholder or member at the time of the transfer. Final ownership depends on incorporation of the company, acceptance of the investment and definitive corporate documentation.
